A colleague set up our organization during a trial, but when I log in, I cannot find our org

I was instructed by a customer support contact to post this question here.

A colleague set up our organization during a trial, but when I log in, I cannot find our org. He set it up by connecting to Azure DevOps. Is there any way to get me added to the user group so that I can access the organization? Ideally, I need to access the projects/reports that he ran while using SonarQube. Is this possible??

Can you tell me why can’t your colleague add you to the organization?

Can you also tell me what login do you use? Are you also using Azure DevOps to login or is it an enterprise login?

He is no longer with the company. I am also using Azure DevOps.

Here are the details you can include to start with:

  1. You email in SonarQube Cloud
  2. Email of the previous admin who left
  3. Org name & Org Key
