New org to my enterprise

We have recently purchased an enterprise license for SonarQube Cloud. We have multiple Azure DevOps and GitHub organisations that I am looking to link to SonarQube Cloud. We currently have one organisations in the enterprise, linked to Azure DevOps.

I am having trouble adding a new organisation to the enterprise. I created the new org, and and is on the free plan. Where do I now go to add the new Org to my Enterprise.

If I use the “Add”-button in the organisation management view says “You’ve added all eligible organisations -
You have already added all the organisations where you have the organisation admin permission.”

However, I am the admin of the organisation that I want to add. The organisation is visible in the account menu, and it is tagged as ADMIN.

In the organisation’s billing page, there’s no option to link to the existing enterprise. The enterprise option only has a “Talk to sales” button.

Please help.

I already have an Enterprise licence and have been told I can add more Organisations to this at no extra cost as long as we are below the LOC limit.

I just cant see how I do this. what are the steps to on board a new org because the instructions in the docs don’t work.

You need to contact our team to put the orgs on an allow list for your enterprise. No need to purchase anything extra. This is, unfortunately, a manual task today. In the future it won’t be. Just get in touch. :slight_smile:
