I manage two accounts (Azure and Gitlab), I am renewing the subscription of these accounts in the enterprise plan, but I was only able to add the Azure account, when I try to add the Gitlab one, it says that I do not have permission, but i’m admin. How do I proceed?
Error message: You have already added all the organizations where you have the organization admin permission.
This warning/error can also occur if you don’t have any available organizations that are on the Enterprise Plan, which will allow you to add them to the enterprise.
Please verify you are an Enterprise Admin: go to your enterprise > Administration > Enterprise Permissions > look for your DevOps platform user (not SAML/SSO user) > ensure “Administer Enterprise” toggle is enabled
Check if the organization is on the Enterprise Plan (there’s a badge on the top-right side that looks like this):
Enterprise Plan: Do i need to convert my Gitlab account to enterprise before i can join the current enterprise? Don’t make much sense to me create a second enterprise account, but maybe this is the problem. Already applied Enterprise coupon.
Ok last thing to check: can you show a screenshot of your organization permission (Administration > Permissions) for the Azure and GitLab organizations? I would like to see the “Administer Organization” permission enabled for your user from both organizations.
