I’m unable to add a new Azure DevOps Enterprise or instance for integration. The option seems unavailable or not functioning as expected.

Did you already integrate 1 organization? are you trying to add a new organization, replace an existing one?
What are the steps you already tried?

Organization is Trianz Digital, We are in 3M LOC Enterprise Plan . One azure devops org is integrated , now I want to add new enterprise with another azure devops . That I am not able to add

So you already bound 1 Azure DevOps Organization, and you would like to bind another one below the same Enterprise plan, that’s it?
Did you already upgrade your existing SonarQube Cloud org to Enterprise? (the one linked to your 1st ADO org)
Did you already create your SonarQube Cloud organization, related to this addition Azure DevOps org ?

If yes, please share the key of this organization (the SonarQube Cloud name of this specific org)

Yew, we already bound 1 Azure DevOps Organization, and we would like to bind another one below the same Enterprise plan, that’s it.
yes, already upgrade our existing SonarQube Cloud org to Enterprise.
yes, we already created our SonarQube Cloud organization, related to this addition Azure DevOps org

then you can send your different organization keys with the volume you need for each of them to your sales rep and to contact@sonarcloud.io

We are in single org but we want to integrate 2 different Azure devops orgs in to single enterprise .

You can’t bind 2 ADO org into 1 single SQ Cloud org. You have to setup 2 different SQCloud org and you can “bind” them below the same Enterprise “hat”.
If you have a SQC Enterprise 3M LOC, you can split these 3M LOCs between your 2 SQCloud organizations.
