SonarCloud Access Issue After GitHub Enterprise User Deletion/Recreation
I’m currently testing my GitHub Enterprise setup and encountered an issue with SonarCloud access.

We performed a test by deleting a user from our GitHub Enterprise account. Following this, the user could not access SonarCloud. We have since recreated the user in GitHub Enterprise, but the user still cannot log in to SonarCloud.

How can this be resolved?

To be clear, you deleted the user from GitHub? Or the user remained in GitHub, but you deleted them from SonarQube Cloud?

I think you deleted the user from GitHub, but I’d like to be sure.

I’m guessing that that deletion didn’t delete them from SonarQube Cloud, but marked them as forbidden, and then re-adding the user on the SonarQube Cloud side didn’t reset the user’s status.
