While checking the sonarqube rule details in quality profile , getting error as "the request cannot be processed. try again later. "

  • which versions are you using (SonarQube, Scanner, Plugin, and any relevant extension)
    We are using sonarqube 6.7 version

  • what are you trying to achieve
    We have rules configured for Java and Java Script, now if I go to rules section and trying to check rule details for Java script, getting error as "the request cannot be processed. try again later. "
    But if I try opening rules for Java, I am able to open and check details.

  • what have you tried so far to achieve this
    I checked network tab in devloper’s UI, all seems fine, as there is 200 error code, but below is

    the details of response.

Hi,

To be explicit, we do not provide incident IDs. Anything that mentions a reference ID is coming from something on your network between you and your SonarQube server.

Sorry, but you’re going to have to talk to your network folks on this one.
