What is the file location of the default SonarLint's rules

And a thorough description of the problem / question:
I want to know the file location of the default rules in SonarLint. I think it can’t be a Jar because jar will only have definition of what the rule means. When you enable/disable, change configuration - it wouldn’t go back to a JAR file

The changes you make to rules configuration is persisted in the Eclipse instance preference scope. This should end up in the file:
<eclipse install dir>/configuration/.settings/org.sonarlint.eclipse.ui.prefs
