Visual Studio Integration Package failing to load

Sonar Lint is failing to load in Visual Studio 2019

On VS startup I get this message

When clicking Extensions> Manage Extensions or Help> About VS
I get this message

I cannot reinstall from the VSIX.
Don’t know how to uninstall

You can uninstall an extension by clicking on the Extensions, Managed Extensions in the IDE:

This error normally indicates a problem with the local VS installation, rather than the SonarLint VSIX itself. However, if uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t fix the issue, please post the relevant section of the ActivityLog.xml in case that provides any pointers to the underlying issue.
