This likely relates to the note given in 6.7.5 Product News, and related Upgrade Note.
A new server ID is also generated at upgrade to this version. If you have a commercial edition, you must upgrade the edition bundle to the latest compatible version.
You seem to be running Enterprise Edition (I see Governance in your log), so here’s where you can get the Enterprise Edition package compatible with 6.7.5: https://docs.sonarqube.org/display/SONARQUBE67/Enterprise+Edition
