Problem to upgrade sonarqube 7.9.1 comunity to sonar Enterprise edition

Hello, i need to upgrade sonarqube to enterprise edition, actually i have Version 7.9.1.27448
and i purchase the Enterprise Edition.

I’m also evaluating the migration path from our community instance to developer edition.
We actually run version 8.3.1 of community edition. Is there a developer edition available for the same version ? or must I upgrade to the latest LTS version, as a mandatory requirement ?
I guess the developer edition bundle is provided after licence is bought ?
