Unable to start StartSonar.bat , can you please help me on this?

I am using SonarCube 8.1 in windows OS.
Using MSSQL database
Java JDK Version 11

Able to install InstallNTService.bat and able to start StartNTService.bat.
But unable to start StartSonar.bat .

Thank you for the attached files.
I would start by checking that no other SonarQube process is running when trying to start with StartSonar.bat and if not, I would remove the content of the data\es6 directory and try to restart SQ.
