Help I can't run StartSonar.bat

I’m trying to install sonarqube-8.6.0.39681
I have download and run sonarScanner fine
I have download jdk 11
when I run the file StartSonar.bat it only show the below

wrapper | --> Wrapper Started as Console
wrapper | Launching a JVM…
wrapper | JVM exited while loading the application.
wrapper | JVM Restarts disabled. Shutting down.
wrapper | <-- Wrapper Stopped
