Unable to get PR decorations to appear on git enterprise PRs

Hello, I am using SonarQube 8.4.1 Developer Edition. I am trying to get PR decorations for our github PRs but have not been able to succeed. I followed the instructions in the documentation. I see the separate PRs analyses listed in the SonarQube UI but no decoration in GitHub on the PR. I’m not sure how to trouble shoot from here.

I see this warning in the UI: Pull request decoration did not happen. Please configure pull request properties in the project administration.

I’m not sure where to find the “pull request properties in the project administration.” Is this part of the ALM tab, or something else?

I have the ALM tab setup, a GitHub app created and installed.

I did follow the docs, but still not seeing the decorations. What can I do next.

What is the warning mentioned above (“Pull request decoration did not happen. Please configure pull request properties in the project administration.”) referring to? Is that in the settings in SonarQube? (Administration>Configurations>General Settings>ALM Integration>GitHub tab) Or is it a setting somewhere else?
