Unable to access to SonarCloud for user on paid plan

You can’t sign up because login ‘my account’ is already used by an existing user.

@Justin_Allen could anyone please help with this? The user is still having trouble to login to SonarCloud…

A solution has been implemented, and user login can now successfully access SonarCloud.
