Unable to access SonarCloud via DevOps – No email recieved

One of our users cannot access SonarCloud through DevOps login.

The username: SOQ-P-***@***host.com (hashed here for security reasons).

User’s mailbox works fine, but somehow SQ verification emails are not received.

Emails from other senders received perfectly.

All other users in our organization receive SQ verification emails without any problems.

Welcome to the community. The email initially bounced when we tried to send the verification email. Can you ask the user to give it another try now?
