Can't login, because nothing comes to the email

Hi.
It’s impossible to log in with this account to Sonarcloud.io. I’m originally, and now, trying to log in via the ADO option.
It should send the verification code, but it never arrives. Obviously, not in spam or anywhere. It was set up some time ago, so maybe something has changed during that time.
Please assist.

If this place is incorrect to request support, please advise where to report it correctly.

Can you confirm if you can receive email to your email address?

It’s appadmins-sonarcloud@allvueservices.com.
And yes, I can receive any other email.

Can you try to login again? You should receive an email

Sadly still nothing. Is there a way to login directly with the email, without using ADO or other third party?

I can see from our records that the email was delivered to your mailbox at 2025/07/25 1:32pm UTC+00:00. Unfortunately, you cannot login directly with the email. Can you check your spam folder for the email? The email would have the subject OTP to login - SonarQube Cloud
