I created a service account to connect sonarcloud to devops. I can login with the account however i never receive the verification code.
The account is able to receive external emails (tested), but never get a sonarcloud email (not in spam/junk either)
What can I do?

When we initially tried to send the verification code, the email bounced for your mail address. Can you give it another try now?

Tried again and was now able to receive the email. Thanks.
From the records I see the email was delivered.
This email was received by the ******* server and delivered to the recipient.
