Thanks for reporting this. Can you confirm that this account is configured to receive external email? Are you the only user having this trouble, or are users in your Enterprise having the same issue? Can you share the email address of an account having this problem?

The issue is isolated to the service account “sonar-ter***”, not my own user account.
I have verified that this address is configured to receive external email and there are no blocking filters in place.
