Two CLOSE buttons, when restoring a Quality Profile

Hello,

SonarQube Version - 10.5.1
Deployed through Zip

I was trying to restore a Quality Profile from our Community Edition Server(running v9.9.4) to our Data-Center Edition Server.
The restore confirmation page has 2 Close buttons.
