Token error when trying to import organization

Hello,

My company is currently trying to use SonarCloud, but we always get the “The token doesn’t have the required permissions (Code: Read & Write)” error when trying to import the organization after we created our SonarCloud account and try to link it to our Azure DevOps.
The personal access token has those permissions, obviously.
Our Azure is on premise, is that the origin of our problem ? Or could it be network or configuration related ?

SonarCloud only integrates with Azure DevOps Services (microsoft hosted), not on-prem Azure DevOps server (but SonarQube does!)
