The 'Rule' column is empty on the Changelog of a Quality Profile

Dear Support,

It seems that some information about which rule was modified in a Quality Profile is missing.

This is a “Developer Edition Version 8.5.1 (build 38104)”.

Not sure why we have the information on the 1st entry, and why are the rest empty. Where are these information stored? In the (sql) database?
