The organization ‘XXX’ is not allowed to use private projects

My license expired and once I renewed it just after.

Now I`m facing this error :

The organization ‘XXX’ is not allowed to use private projects.

I use pipelines in Azure devops with a generated token to granted me access

Coupon has been applied properly according the billing screen.

##[error]Task failed with status FAILED, Error message: The organization ‘xxx’ is not allowed to use private projects.

Please contact the administrator of the organization to resolve this issue
