I would like to start a paid integration with Sonarcloud. To do this I want to create a technical user in Azure DevOps according to SonarCloud documentation.
Unfortunately, documentation doesn’t mention which access level should have this user.
You should start with your own account, and then provide the PAT of a technichal user when you’re asked to bind an organization.
That user will need to have Code (Read and Write) privlelges.
A basic user should suffice. Stakeholder would not be sufficient, as they will not have access to private projects (which is the point of a paid subscription)
