On February 2, 2026, we made a payment for SonarQube Server Developer Edition and received the corresponding payment receipt. A license number was not included with this receipt.
We then tried several times to contact someone so that we could finally start using the software. Since there is no phone number, we used the form several times and wrote to contact@sonarsource. Each time, we attached the corresponding receipt. For weeks, we have not received any responses to our attempts to contact them.
It is outrageous that we have to beg here in the community forum to receive the service we paid for weeks ago! Please send us the license code at last!
