if you need a license key, you should reach out to your Sales rep or send an email to contact@sonarsource.com, as written in your post.

reviving a super old thread is not really a good practice :wink:
You should open a new thread for any recent question.
But in that case, if you have a commercial license of SonarQube and you need an updated license key, you should reach out to our team at contact@sonarsource.com, providing the old and the new ServerIDs, and the type of license (Production, Staging…).
You can also reach out to your Sales representative, if you have any discussion ongoing.
It should not be long, if we have all the requested information - a couple of hours let’s say.
