Hi Team we are seeing an error where "SQ 9.9.3 Enterprise reporting new issues but displaying “We couldn’t find any results matching selected criteria.” New code is referenced to a previous version branch

Can you attempt triggering a full elasticsearch reindex? It usually knocks issues like this back into place.

Hi Colin we did an elasticsearch reindex by removing es7 contents . but the issue still persists

I would suggest two things:

  • Did you actually restart your SonarQube server after trashing the data/es8 folder? I mean a full service restart, not just restarting from the Admin UI.
  • Have you tried reanalyzing the project?

What language(s) are you analyzing? Do the 18k “new lines” in the lower right show the changes you made in this branch?
