We are currently using sonarqube6.3 and planning to move to sonarqube10.6 with retaining all of the data from 6.3.
is this the only path with incremental upgrades?
6.3 → 6.7 LTS
6.7 LTS → 7.9 LTS
7.9 LTS → 8.9 LTS
8.9 LTS → 9.9 LTS
9.9 LTS → 10.6
Please let me know any other option if available with retaining all of my existing data and analysis.
Unfortunately yes, up to my knowledge.
Please consider also your used database. Depending on the used engine, you will need to use different database drivers on your upgrade road or even need to upgrade the database installation. SonarQube 6.3 is quiet outdated. Maybe 2017, when I started using SonarQube?

I want to add to that and point you to our documentation on an upgrade roadmap, highlighting the database backup. Back up your database before each upgrade, as it can help you understand (and recover from) possible upgrade issues.
