I am trying to upgrade from SonarQube version 9.9.3.79811 LTS Community Edition to SonarQube version 25.5.0.107428 (Community Build). However, when starting the service, I encounter the following error.
I have removed the ‘commons-logging.jar’ file from the ‘sonarqube-25.5.0.107428’ Sonar repository, but the issue persists. I am using Java 17 version.
Could you kindly suggest any necessary server-side configurations require or how to fix it ‘commons-logging.jar’ file error?

Thank you for your support. We successfully upgraded SonarQube Community Edition from version 9.9.3 LTA to 24.12.0.100206. After the upgrade, both Active Directory (AD) authentication and local user login were working as expected.
Then we upgraded asper suggested verion path from version 24.12.0.100206 to 25.5.0.107428 Community Edition and we are able to log in using local authentication but while checking Active Directory (AD) authentication users are not able to login in SonarQube portal. This issue started occurring only after upgrading to version 25.5.0.107428 Community.
