Welcome to the community!

I’ve moved your post to a new thread because the one you posted in originally has been inactive for >2y, and because it’s about a version that’s long past EOL.

Please check your server logs and post any errors you see in them here if the problem doesn’t become obvious at that point.

Hi, I’m also facing the same and tried by changing java versions 25,21,23,17 and i have verified all the logs too.
unable to find what actually happening and shared the logs file and startsonnar.bat cmd’s output also.

kindly do the needful.
