SonarQube upgrade from 9.3 to 9.4 New Rules

SonarQube 9.4 says that " More rules and faster analysis. SonarQube 9.4 offers an exciting mix of new features and improvements, including lots of new rules across languages."

Is there a list of the new rules in SQ 9.4 that we would be able to view?
