Lately we’ve been experience that Sonarqube is not updating users permissions and group assignments when we add a user to a group in our AD. In the past the change would be reflected in sonarqube within a few hours. Is there an issue with the SAML refresh or do we need to run the refreshes manually? Or where in the logs can we see if the refresh is having issues? We have not restarted Sonarqube, should we try that?
Currently using SonarQube Version 10.4.1 installed via zip
Thank you for the info and welcome. We are using Enterprise Edition but we arent using SCIM but the Just-in-Time user and group provisioning. I just confirmed with our IT team that we are using Azure AD and it supports SCIM. Well turn that on and see if that improves anything.
