Sonarqube {"message":"The license is not valid"}

Hi guys,
we have SonarQube 2025.2.0-developer in container (Podman). We have a problem when we login to application. After few seconds we get logged out and in logs we have error:
{“message”:“The license is not valid”}

We can not add licence in UI, only via cli. In browser we have a error:
GET https://sonar.d.local/api/v2/fix-suggestions/service-info 403 (Forbidden)
Where we have a problem?

Administration/General/Server base URL = must by set to real URL
