Hi Team – Our Sonarqube is not showing “Issues” Page. Following issue is coming for last 2 days.

Issues page is temporarily unavailable - This page will be available after the data is reloaded. This might take a while depending on the amount of projects and issues in your SonarQube instance. You can keep analyzing your projects during this process.

Hey there.

This is a community forum, not a Service Desk. If you need tight SLAs, you might be interested in SonarSource’s commercial support offering.

It sure looks like something is failing. I would recommend diving into your server logs and see if there’s a notable error/stacktrace.

Hello @Venkatesh_Radhakrish ,

I recommend you first try an Elasticsearch reindex to resync issues within all the projects.

  1. Stop SonarQube
  2. Delete contents of $SQ_HOME/data/es7 folder
  3. Restart SonarQube

If you still have issues, please log in to SonarQube and go to Administration > Projects > Management. Then look for any unnecessary projects or suspicious projects you think should not exist and clean them up. Delete any projects that you also do not need. Then check if the Issues tab is working.

If you still have problems, then reperform the ES reindex as above.
