Sonarqube Developer Edition License validity post database upgrade

We want to upgrade the major Postgres version of the instance (upgrade in place, using the same Database Instance) used by our Sonarqube Developer Edition 8.9.7 application. Is the license still valid after the upgrade? Does the upgrade affect the Server-ID?
