SonarQube- Auzre App Service with Azure SQL

I am trying to use sonar:lts docker image hosted as app service in Azure with Azure SQL as data storage.
After many attempts, I am still running clueless on how to make this setup possible.

I have been following couple of blogs but they seem either non-relevant or outdated.
It works well with docker and SQL server on a VM with host.docker identification. But while configuring it in Azure App service, it is unable to connect to Azure SQL.

Is there a standard configuration guide for SonarQube installation as Azure app service with Azure SQL?

Docker isn’t supported for the current LTS. Additionally, Azure SQL isn’t a supported database.
