currently there seems to be no arm64 image available for 9.9.5. Will this be released soon?

Thanks for posting and raising the issue!
We are aware of it, it was due to an issue on the publisher’s side (DockerHub). We opened an issue about that yesterday and waiting for them to solve it.
In the meantime, please note that other tags (e.g., sonarqube:lts-<edition>, sonarqube:9.9-<edition>) also support arm64 and can be used right away.
