Could I get a list of feature changes between versions 9.9.1 and 9.9.7, along with any implications or considerations if upgrading from version 9.9.1 to 9.9.7?

When the change is only on the 3rd digit there is NO feature change, only critical bugs fixes (that happen only in corner cases I reassure you) and potential vulnerabilities .
The release notes of the 9.9.6 to 9.9.7 increment were already communicated by @Chris (see above post).
We don’t provide a release notes/list across multiple releases. It’s your responsibility to look each release notes for each release iteration (9.9.1 to 9.9.2, 9.9.2 to 9.9.3 etc…)
