Based on sonarqube JIRA, the ticket is supposed to be fix in 10.4.
I have deploy 10.4 community edition with docker, but I still cannot access to plugin repository and
there is no log in the container, like everything is fine
Does someone can access to marketplace behind a proxy with 10.4 ?

My symptom is I can’t get any plugin when I search it in admin tab and there is not error in the log regarding any network issue. Based on Felipe Zorzo, the issue could be somewhere else
