Unable to set assignee in SonarCloud Security hotspot.
The user I used have admin permission.
There is no pen icon next to “Not assigned”
Please advice.

The user performing this action will need Administer Security Hotspot permission. A project administrator can find the UI for modifying permissions under project-level Administration > Permissions
