Hi,
Welcome to the community and thanks for this report!
Could you share your Enterprise ID?
Thx,

Hello, we use a Team license.
Hi,
Okay, could you share your organization Id?
Thx,
Ann
Hi Ann,
Since we can’t log in to SonarCloud, we don’t know what our org number is. Is it possible to review it through the email address?
Hi,
You should be able to pull it from your pipelines if nothing else. But okay. I’ve flagged this for people with more access.
Ann
Hi Ann,
Thanks for the update. Looking forward to hearing from you about the possible solution.
Hi Ann,
Do you have any updates on this issue?
Hi,
As I said, I’ve flagged this for the folks with more access. Hopefully they’ll be along soon.

Hi Ann,
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I will reach out to you in private to get more info.
Thanks Sarath,
I provided the information that you inquired about.
From the network logs you shared, I see that GitHub is responding with Request failed with status code 403. This looks like a permission issue on the GitHub side. Can you review the permission on GitHub?
Hi Sarath,
Thanks for the information. From what I shared, I don’t see any error from GitHub. It looks like one of your endpoints returns an error. I will share the screenshot with you.
For what you share, yes it the SonarQube cloud API which is throwing the error. As part of the API, we make calls to GitHub with the access token we get from GitHub, and GitHub responds with a 403, meaning the SonarQube Cloud application in GitHub doesn’t have required permission to get your data.
Can you review the permissions in the SonarQube Cloud application in Sign in to GitHub · GitHub?
Also, if you are using GitHub enterprise there is a setting related to custom user types and permissions within GitHub Enterprise which prohibits access to other systems. It would be better to engage with GitHub support to understand this.
Thanks,
Sarath
