Sonarcloud.io login with gitlab not working

I’m trying to login on sonarcloud.io with my GitLab account but i get this message :

Hey!
Sorry, but we couldn’t verify your authorization to access this page.

The only link there is “Home” and i can’t understand how to work around; Anyone been help me on this issue? Is there any work around

Did you connect to SonarCloud using other accounts before?

Hi Ismail Cherri,

Yes it was working fine before. Recently there is a change in the gitlab username and the email happened and after that not able to login to sonarcloud now.

Hi,

The issue has been solved after cleaning up the two users created due to the username and email changes.

The user is now able to login to SonarCloud again.

Hi Team,

I’m facing the same issue, When try to Login in SonarCloud (https://sonarcloud.io) with my GitLab id, Getting below mentioned error message

Error Message:
Hey!
Sorry, but we couldn’t verify your authorization to access this page.

I too have changes in the GitLab username and email id. After that not able to login to sonarcloud.

Kindly do the needful.
