SonarCloud coverage for new code is 0%, quality gate says must be >60% but gate still passed

I’m trying to figure out why this gate passes when it’s own analysis says it needs >60% coverage to pass and it knows that it only has 0% coverage.

Hi there.,

When there are less than 20 lines of code changed, the quality gate does not apply the conditions about coverage or duplications.

There should be a note there to prevent confusion. I’ll flag this for attention.
