SonarCloud analysis problem

Hello,

I need help related to main branch analysis on SonarCloud. We have done initial code analysis from master branch which has been renamed after some time to develop. Now, we have decided to scan master branch also and now we have run into problem. Once we scan master it just updates existing develop branch code analysis. Is there any way to add master branch without purging history of develop.
