Sonar upgrade from version 8.5 to version 9.7

Hi,
we are currently using sonarqube v8.5 with postgres v10 deployed via helm. We have a requirement to upgrade our sonarqube to v9.7 which is also compatible with postgres 10. Is it ok to directly upgrade the sonarqube version without any major upgrades or there is a migration path to perform this upgrade. Please provide your inputs on this. Any document references regarding this would be helpful.

Welcome to the community!

Your version is past EOL. And the version you’re targeting is also EOL. You should upgrade to either the latest version or the current LTS at your earliest convenience. Your upgrade path is:

8.5 → 8.9.10 → 9.9.3 → 10.3 (last step optional)
