Sonar shows code issues on first scan but after second scan it shows passed(SonarQube EE LTS 9.9)

Hi Ann,

The rerun of feature branch worked and failing on running twice, but now If I merge that buggy feature branch code into origin/master branch which is my reference branch but orrigin/master branch do not show any issue and it just passed without any issue but I can see the code smell number is increased but it shows passed which is not correct and it should fail because I just merged buggy branch.

The master branch new code period is show nothing and green as it should show newly added code from buggy feature branch

Here is my Quality Gate

This is really a new question and should rightfully have a new thread, but the answer is easy: You’ve reset your New Code period on main. Your second screenshot clearly shows that it started “1 hour ago”. If you have further questions, please do create a new thread.
