Sonar-administrators group not showing the right number of members

Hello,

  • SonarQube version 10.6
  • migrated from LDAP to SSO with OKTA few months ago
  • our sonar-administrators group is not showing the right number of members : for example, while on the list of all available groups, the column members is showing 10, but once I try to edit this list of members of the same groupe, I see only 6 members.
  • I tried to empty this group from all members but I still see 4 members
  • could you please help us to fix this ?

Hi AA,

On which side are you doing this emptying? In SonarQube or your IdP?

Group data is synchronized into SonarQube as each user logs in. I would guess that the ‘persistent’ members in the group have left the company and no longer log in?
