Sonar 8.5.1 Custom Metric on New Code

Hi everyone, I’m trying to create a custom metric based on the new code but this is never counted.

To create the custom metric I started from this example:
GitHub - SonarSource/sonar-custom-plugin-example: Shows how to write a SQ plugin for LTS.

I put “new_” at the beginning of the key of the metric, but it doesn’t work.

Sonar version: 8.5.1

Were you able to figure out the solution. I am facing exact issue after adding new_ in custom metric.
