Some rules did not take effect

  • Operating system: MacOS Monterey version 12.4
  • SonarLint plugin version: 6.8.0.50884
  • Is connected mode used: yes
    • Connected to SonarCloud or SonarQube (and which version): 9.2.4

When I update binding in SonarLint,some rules did not take effect.
The log is as follows:
[SYNC] Code analyzer ‘checkstyle’ does not support SonarLint. Skip downloading it.
Rule checkstyle:HBUJWSUJRP43 is enabled on the server, but its template checkstyle:com.puppycrawl.tools.checkstyle.checks.coding.MagicNumberChecktemplate is not available in SonarLint
How to fix it?

Welcome and thanks for raising this!

We don’t run third-party analyzers in SonarLint, so we won’t run rules from checkstyle. Please see the FAQ for more details.
