In the 9.6 version, there are no shell rules.
Shell is not a natively supported language by SonarQube. Perhaps you were using the plugin GitHub - sbaudoin/sonar-shellcheck: SonarQube plugin to analyze Shell scripts with ShellCheck and it’s not installed on your v9.6 instance.
