Scanning batch script file - At least any community plugin available?

Hi All,

We are using 9.2.3 community version of SonarQube and we are in need to scanning bunch of batch scripts. I see from the document community version does not support scanning of batch files, but we want to know is there any community plugin available to scan the batch files?

You might be interested in the ShellCheck plugin, which is available through the Marketplace.

I am looking to scan the windows batch file, but what you are referring to is a plugin for the shell/bash scripts scanning. Could you confirm pls?

Hi Prasad,

Yes. You’re right. It’s still early in the day for me and I read “batch script” as “bash script” without much thought. And sorry, but I’m not aware of any plugins to analyze bat files.
